Q1 - I Already Have a Domain Name Registered. Can You Use This Domain Name?

A1 - Yes. We can use your existing domain name or we can register a new domain name for you. The first year of the domain name registration (with privacy guard) is included with every website.

 

Q2 - What Information do I Need to Provide You to Complete my Website?

A2 - In order to complete your website you will need to provide us with some text about your agency, agent/producer/staff contact information, professional associations (Big I, PIA, etc.), local community organizations, your company logo, and some other agency specific information to customized your website for you.

Once we get started, we'll send you a Website Information Checklist, which will list the information need to customize the website.

 

Q3 - How Much Customization Can be Done to Your Websites?

A3 - The producer websites are made to be flexible. We can change the text, pictures, and the general website structure.

 

Q4 - How Long Will it Take to Complete my Ready Made Website?

A4 - Since we perform the development and customizations for your agency, your producer website will be completed in about two weeks, based on the options you selected and how soon you can provide us with feedback, approvals, and deliverables (agency information, logo, etc.). Email service is typically ready in 2 days.

 

Q5 - What Type of Email Service Do You Provide?

A5 - Our e-mail service provides both POP e-mail accounts and WebMail service - where you can check your e-mail anywhere (home, work, on the road) and anytime from the web. You can also use this service with your BloackBerry or iPhone.

WebMail is an secure online e-mail service that allows you, via a web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.), to check, read, and respond to your email from home or anywhere without downloading any software. Works with any PC, Apple, notebook, or mobile computer. You only need to login to youragency.com/webmail.

 

Q6 - What is the Design Process for a Ready Made Website?

A6 - The development process for a Ready Made Website is as follows:

  1. Select the Ready Made producer website design you want along with the options.
  2. Consult with your Project Manager regarding agency customizations you need.
  3. We will register your domain name if you don't already have one.
  4. Submit agency specific information - text about your agency, your carriers, agent/producer/staff contact information, professional associations, local community organizations, and your company logo.
  5. In about two weeks, we'll have a draft of your website ready for you to review.
  6. Submit your feedback and changes.
  7. A revision of the website will be presented for your final approval.
  8. Once you're completely satisfied with your website, we'll install your website on the webserver and your website will be live.
  9. After your website is live, we will submit it to Google, Yahoo, and MSN.

 

Q7 - Can I Have Certain Leads be Sent to a Staff Member or Agent?

A7 - Yes. We can setup the quote and contact requests from the website sent to whomever you'd like (agent, producer, etc.).
