30 Day Money Back Guarantee on Ready Made Websites

All of our Ready Made websites carry a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our services within 30 days after completion, you will be given a full refund of the invoiced amount excluding setup fees and any costs incurred by M&O Websites on your behalf, such as, domain registration or SSL certificates.

We can do this because we are confident that we will exceed your expectations with our service, professionalism, technical capability and our commitment to your being the only insurance website and marketing company you will ever need.

No refunds are available after 30 days. All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable allowing sufficient time for mail to travel via post. Phone requests and e-mail from addresses not on our records will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by M&O Websites that are in violation of our Terms of Service (TOS) do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. Examples include accounts that are cancelled due to customer practising spamming or sites consisting of illegal content; no refunds are issued.

All refunds will be paid either via company check or credit card reversal and may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.

What does 99.5% uptime mean?

Uptime is the percentage of time that a web site is available for connection from the internet. For example, our goal is an uptime average of 99.5%, this means that your site will be down for not more than a total of 5 minutes in any given month. Uptime is exclusive of any occasional previously announced maintenance windows (Usually conducted between the hours of 12:00AM - 4:00AM).
